“ We came across this restaurant by coincidence and were charmed by the friendly staff and delicious food. We chose the „chef’s recommendation menu“ where we had 8 different small „courses“ from grilled shiitake mushrooms, grilled eel in seaweed to charcoal grilled wagyu beef. The different small bites gave you an amazing impression of japanese cuisine. Since we spoke a little bit of japanese we could talk to the staff and the chef and they were so friendly and hospitable whenever we were missing japanese words we could switch to English (also not our mother-language) and continue our conversations. It was impressive to watch the cooking process and see how the sushi master prepared everything. Whenever we are back here in Kanazawa we definitely come back again. ”
